Assistant Coach Pool

Part of SPKAC’s vision is to develop coaches and teams to set the standard of 
excellence in amateur hockey within our program. To build on that vision, we are 
looking for non-parent Assistant Coaches for our Midget, Bantam, and Pee Wee 
programs to support our Head Coaches.  If you are interested in building your 
coaching skills and want to volunteer your time as an Assistant Coach, please contact:

SPKAC Members

The Sherwood Park Arena and Shell concessions will 
be opening effective August 27th, 2010.

Team scheduling will not take place for some weeks, but if you are 
interested in working extra volunteer commitment hours, please 
send an email to Marlene at tasse@shaw.ca.

All SPKAC volunteer commitment hours must be 
worked by individuals 18 and over.

Extra hours worked will be credited to your SPKAC team player account.

Please provide: name, email and phone number that you can be reached at.





2009-2010 SPKAC Yearbooks

Last season's SPKAC Yearbooks were handed 
out at Walk-in Registration to members.

If you did not receive your Yearbook, please find
them at the Shell concession during the start of tryouts.

Announcement

Congratulations to Tyler Santos and Troy Trombley 
for being named to Team Pacific's Top 31 short list 
for the World U17 Hockey Challenge.

Greg Chase and Tyler Fuhr were also named to the
Top 35 short list in preparation to represent Team Alberta
at the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax.
